  • You can cancel your booking 24 hours prior the trip via your booking details.

  • Dutch weather can be full of surprises, but that doesn’t mean your boat trip has to be. Our open sloops come with a protective cover during the winter months, keeping you dry and comfortable. We also provide cozy blankets on board to keep you warm. In spring and summer, we sail with the cover open so you can fully enjoy the fresh air and beautiful views. If a sudden shower appears, there’s no need to worry, we have umbrellas on board for everyone. Rain or shine, our tours always go ahead as planned.

  • You can definitely bring kids on the boat! There are life vests availaible for kids.

  • The ticket includes 2 drinks (beer, wine, and soft drinks). You are allowed to bring your own food and additional drinks. However, please be considerate of your fellow passengers.

  • The pick up location is at the Viebrug (Oudegracht 85). The quay can by reached by stairs. The boat is recognizable by its yellow decoration and the skipper wears yellow clothing.

  • The quay at the Viebrug can be reached by a staircase. Unfortunately, people in wheelchairs cannot board because of this. If you have any questions, please contact us, and we'll be happy to help!

  • You cannot get off along the way. The start and endpoint are at the Viebrug.

  • There is a small toilet available on our boats.
